THESE POLICIES ARE IN PLACE TO ENCOURAGE COMMON COURTESY

We understand that life can be complicated; in the event of unavoidable life events or illness,we reserve the right to waive any fees.

Please be considerate of my time and the time of others who may be waiting for an appointment

New Clients: Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will give us time to complete and review the necessary paperwork.

Payment for Services: Payment in full is expected at the time of treatment. Preferred forms of payment are cash, checks, apple pay, venmo, PayPal, zelle and credit cards.  There will be a $25 fee for returned checks.

Cancellation Policy:  Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a fee equal to 100% of the booked session fee. This also applies to missed appointments.  By giving 24 hours notice, you create an opportunity for another client to schedule their appointment for that time.  We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

No-Show:  If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the regular fee for the visit.

Late Arrival:  Out of respect and consideration for your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly to arrive at your scheduled time 10 minutes early.  We understand that issues occur – if you are running late, please call and let us know.  We will do our best to accommodate you. Your session may be shortened if there are others whose appointments follow yours.  Regardless of the length of treatment actually given, you will be expected to pay the full amount for the session that is scheduled.

Illness: If a client presents with signs and/or symptoms of illness that contraindicates bodywork (fever, undiagnosed rash, contagious infection), the session will be rescheduled.  This is to protect both the client and the therapist.

If you are sick, coming in for a treatment will not make you feel better, and you risk infecting your therapist and other clients. Please call and reschedule your appointment.  Covid protocol applies as well.  Please be assured that you will not be charged for cancelling due to feeling ill.  Please give as much notice as possible prior to your scheduled appointment.

We agree to respect your time and any of your appointments scheduled with us.  We will attempt to begin your appointments on time and notify you as soon as we can if any appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled.

Inclement Weather:  If you need to cancel your appointment due to inclement weather, please be assured that you will not be charged.  Please be safe.

Insurance: Quintessential Myofascial Release & Wellness (f/k/a Quintessential Massage & Wellness) does not participate with any insurance providers, including Medicare. Patients pay in full at the time of service and are given a statement to self-submit to their insurance provider.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable. Original certificate must be presented at time of service (no photocopies).  Failure to keep your appointment (No-Show) or cancelling without sufficient notice (late cancellation) may void certificate.
